HOW IT ALL BEGAN:
Automobiles have always been a major part of the Cook family’s lives. It was Lyle Cook’s love of automobiles that led him to open an automotive supply shop in 1927 called Star Battery and Ignition at 71 Ross Street, and that launched a success story.
The company continued to grow and expand its automotive services until it moved to 239 Wellington St. where it became the Lyle Cook Automotive Service Centre.
